1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All products sold by Naarika Studio are covered under a strict:

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- The product received is physically damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- There is a major manufacturing defect affecting product usability
Minor variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Fabric weave
- Finishing details
are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To raise a valid claim, customers must provide:
- A continuous unedited unboxing video
- The sealed parcel with shipping label clearly visible
- Complete opening and inspection of the product in the same video
Claims submitted without proper video proof will not be eligible for review.
4. Claim Reporting Timeline
Any issue regarding damage, defect, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
5. Refund Approval Process
If the claim is approved after verification:
- Customers may be asked to return the product
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Delays caused by courier services
- Products damaged after delivery
- Sale or promotional items
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately after confirmation.
